Brilliant Ann, thanks for this news, and please update in a week if you can. Hampsong-Ohio is reporting the book is also on the New York Times list at #30 already!!!

I'm thrilled but not surprised. Anyone who reads Susan's book will enjoy it for many reasons. Her honesty, humor and the fact that here was a shining star that was always there but hidden behind a cloud.

This is what I've been waiting to hear! The next booksigning should shoot her up even further. I know she doesn't pay much attention to numbers, on the other hand, when she had her picture made last year with the CD when it went to number one, she looked pretty happy! Would love to see the book do the same!

It will really help when the mainstream media start to include it in their book reviews. Wish they would hurry up ...

<laughing at self> I can assume from this that you are talking about the LONDON Times, can I not? We, in NY, look at "The Sunday Times Book Review" as meaning the NEW YORK Times. I was not surprised that it made it, but very impressed it made the list so soon - and then I realized it was London we were discussing. THAT makes perfect sense! It's moving nicely up in London, also. BRAVO!!

PS. I saw that CBill added this: "Hampsong-Ohio is reporting the book is also on the New York Times list at #30 already!!!" I hadn't seen that. I wish they would review the book. It makes me wonder how high on the list a book has to go before they finally review it!

I agree, but I would like to think that the many reviews written by diligent fans has helped sales. Write on, people!

I wrote a review this morning. I am amazed the book is doing so well considering I have not seen it in many stores that carry bestsellers. None at Sam's Club or the grocery stores I've been to. Target had only 5 and none featured on the endcaps. I am thrilled to hear the book is doing well inspite of the lack of shelf space.

Yes, and when I just realized that there were threads today reporting TWO Sunday times and, therefore, TWO Bestselling Rankings, I immediately corrected my prayer for Susan of today on the Praying for Susan thread.

Thanks for the stats, SusaFriends !!!

Thanks for contributing a book review, daisykay! Quite a few fans have reported over time finding really good displays of Susan's books in various stores in their home cities/towns. Others - not so much. And others - have 're-arranged' the displays so Susan IS prominent. LOL!

Also worth noting that on Booksellers.com - a very respected UK listing, Susan was not on the list at all last week, but has now debuted at #13 - wonderful achievement!

Hi Rita - it is a great read, isn't it! Did you know she is working on another book? Who knows how long before it might be published, but she did mention working on one!

And by the way, WELCOME TO THE FORUM!
