  • April 16-22: Susa-News Summary

We, as her adoring fans, are privileged to constantly watch and enjoy the public activities of Global Superstar, Susan Boyle. I am maintaining a daily log of the highlights of Susa-news and not editorializing toooo much. Accuracy is very important – PLEASE PM any additions and/or corrections to me. I’ve tried to credit the right Fan where possible. Please forgive my mistakes and send me a correction. [I’m recovering and on my way to normal and back to a regular schedule!!!]

    April 20, Thursday
    1. Fanfromgeorgia opened new thread: “Our Charity Donation to St Josephs Services” and posted:
“Yesterday I mailed a donation from the forum for $675 to St. Joseph’s Services, a charity in Rosewell, Midlothian in Scotland. St Joseph's provides support services for people with learning disabilities in Midlothian and Edinburgh. The donation was made from our recent Christmas and birthday collections, after subtracting costs for our gifts and flowers sent to Susan for both of these special occasions.
“I emailed the General Administrator to let him know about our donation (and to get mailing instructions). Here is his reply: “Thank you so much for your offer of a donation – Susan has been a great supporter of St Joseph’s Services and we are deeply touched that she would have put our name forward for a donation.”
